Mac CANNA—IV—M'Canna, MacCann, MacKann; 'son of Annadh'; also written Mac Cana and, more correctly, Mac Anna, which see. The MacCanns were lords of Cinel Aonghusa, or Clann Breasail, on the south side of Lough Neagh, in Co. Armagh.
