A floor-slab over grave of William O'Kelly in Abbeyleix church, made in 1531, bears the carver's name Willielm' Otunny me fabricavit. In St. Canice's Cathedral, Kilkenny, a floor-slab over the grave of James Purcell, who died in 1552, is inscribed, Willielm' Otuny fabricavit Istã tũbã.
