Ó MAOLBHLOGHAIN—I—O Mollowne, Mullowne, Malone; 'descendant of Maolbhloghain'; the name of an old Tipperary family who were seated in Muscraighe Treitherne, in the present barony of Clanwilliam. The family is still extant, but cannot always be distinguished from that of Ó Maoileóin, which see.
