Ó MAOILPHEADAIR—I—O Mulfadder, Mullpeters; 'descendant of Maolpheadair' (servant of St. Peter); the name of a family of Corca Laoighdhe, in South-West Cork; found in Leix at the close of the 16th century; has always been exceedingly rare. Father O'Growney found Mullpeters in the United States of America.
