Mac ÉANNA—IV—M'Enna, M'Eanny, M'Ena, MacKeany, (MacKenna), 'son of Éanna'; a scattered surname, but found chiefly in Wexford and Carlow. Its anglicised forms can hardly be distinguished from those of Mac Cionaoith, which see.
