Assey on the Boyne in Meath. The Four Masters record that in A. D. 524 "the battle of Ath Sithe [Ah-Shee] was gained by Muircheartach (king of Ireland) against the Leinstermen, where Sithe [Shee] the son of Dian was slain, from whom Ath-Sithe (Sith's ford) is called."
